CMP stainless steel surgical instrument pegboard cabinets provide flexible, organized storage for surgical instruments, OR table accessories, catheters and other clinical equipment. Designed for Sterile Processing Departments (SPD), operating rooms, Cath Labs, EP Labs and Hybrid ORs, each cabinet features a removable stainless steel pegboard that can be configured with hooks, baskets and other storage accessories.
Available in recessed, freestanding, mobile and wall-mounted configurations, CMP pegboard cabinets are manufactured in the USA in a wide range of standard and custom sizes. Many configurations are available from stock or with short lead times.

CMP pegboard cabinets can be configured for surgical instruments and OR table accessories and combined with supply cabinets, warming cabinets and other CMP storage components to create coordinated operating room storage solutions.

Doors are mounted on heavy duty chrome plated hinges and are secured closed using nylon friction roller catches. Two point knob lock doors are also available.

Construction
Pegboard Cabinet Construction
Pegboard Construction
CMP removable pegboards are constructed of 16-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a No. 4 finish, providing a durable surface for organizing surgical instruments, accessories, hooks and baskets.
Cabinet Construction
CMP surgical instrument storage cabinets are constructed of 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a No. 4 finish. Exposed welds are completed using the Heliarc process, then ground and polished to match the No. 4 finish.
Installation Options
A self-trimming perimeter flange provides a clean installation for recessed cabinet configurations. Freestanding cabinets are available with finished ends and tops and may be installed on a contractor-built base or supplied with a stainless steel pedestal base.
Doors & Hardware
Glass doors feature 1/4″ thick safety plate glass. The entire front portion of each door is punched and formed from one piece of 18-gauge stainless steel. Stainless steel double-pan doors and sliding glass doors are also available. Doors are mounted on heavy-duty chrome-plated hinges and secured with nylon friction roller catches. Two-point knob locks are available
