What temperature should blanket and solution warming cabinets be set to?

CMP refers hospitals and surgery centers to evidence-based guidance from ECRI and AORN. Blanket warming cabinets are commonly limited to 130°F (54°C). Solution warming cabinets are commonly limited to 110°F (43°C), or should follow the solution manufacturer’s specifications. Temperature settings should also align with facility policy and be monitored regularly.
