How HEPA Pass Through Cabinet Works
A motorized HEPA filter unit inside the Pass Thru Cabinet recirculates air through the cabinet’s inner sides. Like all CMP Wall Mounted Pass Thrus, it has a heavy-duty welded stainless steel shell. The interior sides are durable and easy to clean. Doors feature a generous sized, tempered safety glass window for maximum visibility. Optional gaskets reduce the possibility of air leaks.
Electronic door interlocks are utilized which prevent both doors from being opened at the same time. This interlocking door feature maintains the air pressure of the cleanroom. This firm seal withstands 500 lbs of pressure. The superior engineering of the CMP ‘s Pass-Through Cabinet design provides a rigid structure that can be mounted flush against existing walls, or center-mounted with optional stainless steel side, top and bottom panels or slope top. This combination of high-quality construction, innovative design, and HEPA air filtering make the CMP’s Pass-Thru the preferred solution for maintaining the highest levels of air particle control in USP Pharmacy 800 /797.
