Continental Metal Products Co., Inc. warrants their product to be free of defects in material and workmanship in normal use and service for a period of two years from the date of Owners acceptance of substantial completion. All units will be serviced by factory without cost to buyer (labor and materials) for two years. Many manufacturers only provide limited warranties on the stainless steel portion of the equipment. They then offer costly extended warranties. CMP warranty covers all component parts as well.
2 years Labor – 6 Years Parts
Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing; any parts which become defective within the above-described period F.O.B. job-site. Our inspection of such defects shall be the sole determining factor as to the status of the warranty. We assume no liability for consequential damages of any kind, and the purchaser by placing an order for such equipment shall be deemed liable for any and all damages incurred by the use or misuse of the equipment by the purchaser, its employees or others, following receipt of the equipment.
This warranty is given expressly and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Purchaser agrees that there is no warranty of merchantability and that there are no other warranties, expressed or implied, which extend beyond the description on the face of this agreement. No agent is authorized to assume for us any liability except as set forth above.
